Introduction

Welcome to Wira44. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Member", "the User", "you") and Wira44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of all services, products, features, games, payment functionalities, and promotional materials available through the Wira44 website, accessible at wira44.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By creating an account, logging into an existing account, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the Wira44 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the Wira44 website, mobile interface, and all associated digital services operated under the domain wira44.cam.
• "Member" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and agreed to these Terms.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile held by a Member on the Platform, through which they access games and financial services.
• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" refers to the MYR-denominated fund balance held within a Member's account on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cash promotional credits, free bet credits, or wagering bonuses credited to a Member's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any amount of real money or bonus funds staked by a Member on a game outcome or sports event through the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited directly into an Account by the Member via a supported payment method, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited, as determined by applicable law or Wira44's operational policies.
• "RNG" (Random Number Generator) refers to the certified algorithmic system used to ensure the randomness and fairness of all game outcomes on the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Wira44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Wira44 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with international online gaming standards applicable to Malaysian players. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and any remaining balance (net of bonus funds) returned where legally permissible.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in online gaming is lawful in your place of residence. Wira44 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register accounts on the Platform.

3.4 Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Process

Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city — e.g., Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, or Shah Alam), mobile number, and a valid email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, Wira44 will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documentation includes:

• A valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence (front and back);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months of submission);
• A selfie photograph clearly showing the Member holding their identity document with face visible.

Wira44 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. Wira44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify Wira44 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may access and use Wira44's games, sports betting markets, and account features solely for your own recreational and wagering activity, in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Personal Use Only

Wira44 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not allow any third party to access, operate, or place wagers using your account. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to simulate human gameplay or exploit platform mechanics is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Accurate Information Obligation

You are required to keep all account information current and accurate throughout the duration of your membership. Changes to your name, address, contact number, or payment details must be notified to our support team and supported by appropriate documentation where required.

5.4 Platform Availability

Wira44 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Wira44 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

Wira44 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Instant Transfer, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC and USDT). Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Transaction Limits

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Member's KYC verification must be completed and approved; (b) there must be no active fraud investigation or account review in progress; (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to deposited funds must be fully met prior to withdrawal; (d) the requested amount must not exceed the Member's available real-money balance at the time of the request.

6.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactional values on the Wira44 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless an alternative currency option (e.g., cryptocurrency) is explicitly selected by the Member at the time of the transaction.

6.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Wira44 does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and associated winnings will be voided pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available by Wira44 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits — are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the point of the offer. General platform Terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the offer description. Wira44 reserves the right to specify game contribution rates — not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Wira44 operates active monitoring to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated play between accounts to generate artificial turnover, placing hedging bets to minimise risk during bonus wagering, and any other behaviour determined by Wira44 to constitute exploitation of a promotional offer. Detected abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and potential permanent account suspension.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire and be forfeited automatically. No compensation will be offered for expired bonus funds.

Gameplay & Wagering

8.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the Wira44 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live-streamed real-world mechanics. Wira44 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Wager settlement is final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a disputed outcome attributable to a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed interruption, Wira44 reserves the right to void and refund affected wagers. Wira44 shall not be obligated to honour winnings arising from a demonstrable technical malfunction.

8.3 Sports Betting — Void Markets

Wira44 reserves the right to void sports betting markets where match-fixing or corruption is suspected, where a result cannot be officially confirmed, or where a significant data error has affected odds publication. In such cases, affected wagers will be refunded to the Member's account balance.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the respective game interface or betting market and may be adjusted by Wira44 at any time without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Wira44 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity information;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information at any stage;
3. Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or transactions connected to unlawful activity;
4. Utilising software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with games or generate artificial wagering activity;
5. Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing discrepancies with intent to derive an unfair financial advantage;
6. Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other Members for the purpose of fraudulently accumulating winnings or bonus credits;
7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or otherwise replicate any portion of the Platform's software, games, or interfaces;
8. Engaging in any conduct that Wira44 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward our support team or other Members.

Wira44 reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action upon detection of prohibited conduct, including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Responsible Gambling

Wira44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Members through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic logouts after a defined session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your account from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the elected duration.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic in-session reminders of time and amounts spent.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Wira44 platform — including but not limited to the Wira44 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, imagery, and software architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of Wira44 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from Wira44.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wira44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical malfunction, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss not directly caused by Wira44's proven negligence.

Wira44's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Wira44

Wira44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) a Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) Wira44 has reason to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) a Member has provided false personal information; (d) KYC verification has failed or been refused; or (e) a Member's continued use of the Platform poses a compliance or reputational risk to Wira44.

13.2 Termination by Member

A Member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by submitting a written request to our support email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all pending bonus funds will be forfeited. Access to historical transaction data will remain available upon request for a period of 12 months following closure, subject to applicable data retention obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

Wira44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Wira44 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the Platform interface or registered email address, no less than 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal compliance or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Wira44 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by Wira44 in its discretion.

Notwithstanding the above, you retain any mandatory rights afforded to you as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia that cannot be excluded by contractual agreement.
